A finished vertical clip from a podcast episode, with captions.

That clip? We cut it from this.

The raw recording it came from: ep12_raw.mov, 1:02:14, 2 cams, with its best moments marked.

One recording. A month of posts.

From 1 recording, 26 posts a month:

  • 8 vertical clips, each one posted to Reels, TikTok and Shorts, reframed onto whoever is talking, with captions (24 posts).
  • The full episode, on YouTube and Spotify, with chapters (2 posts).

Extras, on request:

  • A YouTube thumbnail, with a title people click.
  • Square audiograms, for LinkedIn and your feed.
  • Quote cards, the best lines, ready to post.
  • Show notes, with chapter timestamps.

The bar below is your menu. Tap a clip to jump.

Send us the raw footage. Get back videos people watch to the end.

19 questions

Big ones first

  • @clipsbycleo, Turnaround and revisions: ok but how fast is the first cut?

    teditReplying to @clipsbycleo

Usually within 48 hours of your footage landing. Ads and brand videos take 3 to 5 working days.

In a hurry? Add rush and get your first cut in 24 hours. Either way, you get a delivery date before we start.

  • @vlogvince, Turnaround and revisions: what if I hate the first cut lol

    teditReplying to @vlogvince

Then we fix it. Two rounds of changes come with every edit, and most fixes are back within a day.

Still don't love it? You get one free re-cut per video, from scratch.

  • @reelrosa, Money: is there a minimum? can I cancel whenever?

    teditReplying to @reelrosa

No long contracts. Plans run month to month, and you can cancel any month before the next one starts.

    One-off projects are fine too.

  • @uploadsbyuma, Money: is the free test edit actually free?

    teditReplying to @uploadsbyuma

Yes. No card, no call. Send up to 2 minutes of raw footage and get a 30-second edit back, captions on, within 48 working hours. Podcasts can send an episode and get 3 clips instead.

One per brand or show, so you can see how we work before you pay.

  • @bakerybea, Footage and files: do you film too?

    teditReplying to @bakerybea

No, we just edit. It's the whole job, so we're good at it. Film on whatever you have, even a phone.

Need a camera crew? We can recommend shooters we trust.

  • @twomicstina, Footage and files: how do I send you my footage?

    teditReplying to @twomicstina

Share a Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or Frame.io link. Send the original files straight from your camera, phone or recorder.

Don't compress or trim anything. We'd rather have too much than too little.

  • @thumbnailtheo, Rights: who owns the raw files and the project files?

    teditReplying to @thumbnailtheo

You do. Your raw footage, the final videos and the project files are all yours. Ask for the project files any time and we send them over.

We keep your files for 30 days after delivery, then delete them, unless you ask us to keep them longer.

  • @glenplays, Rights: will the music get my video claimed?

    teditReplying to @glenplays

It shouldn't. We only use music licensed for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and ads.

If a Content ID claim still shows up on music we added, we clear it with the library or swap the track and re-export, free.

  • @foundermara, Turnaround and revisions: how do I give feedback? do I need special software?

    teditReplying to @foundermara

No software. You get a private link that plays in any browser, phone included.

Pause where you want a change, type a note, and it lands on our timeline at that exact second.

  • @hrhannah, Money: how do payments and invoices work?

    teditReplying to @hrhannah

You get a proper invoice with your company details on it, so your accountant stays happy.

Prices are in US dollars. Pay by card or bank transfer. Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month.

  • @mia.makes, Working together: is this just AI doing the edit?

    teditReplying to @mia.makes

No. A person edits every video. AI helps with the boring bits, like transcripts and first-pass caption timing, and then an editor checks every frame.

We never train AI on your footage, and we never make AI voices or faces of you without your OK.

  • @sundaypod, Working together: do I get the same editor every time?

    teditReplying to @sundaypod

Yes. One editor learns your style, your pacing and your inside jokes, and stays on your channel.

If they're ever away, someone who already knows your show covers.

  • @remoteremi, Working together: what time zone are you in?

    teditReplying to @remoteremi

We work with people in lots of time zones. You get a reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, and usually much sooner.

Your editor shares their hours on day one, so you always know when the next cut lands.

  • @latenightlen, Footage and files: my episode is like 200 GB, is that a problem?

    teditReplying to @latenightlen

Nope, that's a normal multicam episode. Use a Drive or Dropbox folder for big uploads, and keep every camera and every mic as its own file.

Slow upload? Send the audio first and we'll start with that.

  • @podcastpaul, Footage and files: do you do audio-only episodes too?

    teditReplying to @podcastpaul

Yes. We cut the ums and dead air, clean up background noise, even out the voices and export for Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube.

Want something for social without video? We make audiograms too.

  • @plantshoppia, Footage and files: can I get every video in vertical, square and wide?

    teditReplying to @plantshoppia

Yes. Brand Content videos come cut in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 as standard.

On any plan, tell us where you post and we export for each place: YouTube, Shorts, Reels, TikTok, Spotify video or LinkedIn, at the right size and length.

  • @founderfred, Rights: will you sign an NDA?

    teditReplying to @founderfred

Yes. Send yours, or we send ours before you share any footage.

Work under NDA never shows up in our portfolio unless you say so in writing.

  • @notyetfamousnina, Working together: can you edit videos that aren't in English?

    teditReplying to @notyetfamousnina

Yes. We edit in English and a few other languages, and we caption in the language you speak. For a language we don't speak, send a transcript and we cut from that.

Want subtitles in a second language too? Add them to any plan.
